The story
Duong is originally from Vietnam and moved to Denmark in 1995. Mother of two boys and wife of a Danish man, Young is a passionate hairdresser with over 16 years of experience. After over 16 years of experience in various salons, where she has built several good relationships with customers, she has expanded her horizons by opening her own personal salon.
For her digital identity, we had to start from scratch. After a brief discussion with Young, the direction was clear. We collaborated with one.com to get a proper hosting package, and that's how youngandsharp.dk was born. Soon after, a WordPress-based website was built with Young's new brand identity in mind.
In parallel, she also asked for a photo session in her salon, a product, and a short promo video for the landing page and Facebook campaign. In addition, although she does not currently have an online shop, she was keen to show potential customers what kind of products she uses in her salon. Therefore, MAT Production also delivered a short product photography session, which you can see here.
The final product
The website is fully responsive on all types of devices and screen sizes. With a wide international community in the local area, the website was also translated into English to appeal to a wider audience and potential customers.
